This is the vegan feast known as “Bhikshu’s Bowl”, at Cafe Ceylon (not to be confused with cafe Cylon!), in Victoria BC.
Easily one of the best vegan meals you can get in Victoria!
Some things are surprisingly Vegan (see picture, above). Some things that could be Vegan, for no good reason, are not. Discovering and remarking upon these bizarre inconsistencies is one of the true joys of the culinary treasure hunt called Veganism.
